2. We will cooperate to promote the understanding and realizing the value of its natural resources and eco-system of Koh Samui which will help support the existence of life and secure a sustainable tourism.
3. We will cooperate in organizing the activities to promote participation from Government, Business Enterprises, Communities, Professional Groups and Other Organizations to help conserve, protect and maintain the environment of Koh Samui.
4. We will cooperate in the development of Koh Samui within its capabilities to serve and use its natural resources efficiently and effectively without negative impact to the quality of environment.
5. We will cooperate to promote harmony towards the value and quality of life, cultural, heritage, educational and indigenous wisdom by reducing the negative impact of the environment of Koh Samui.
6. We will support and promote the partnership of all parties to encourage the benefits of learning, obtain a positive consciousness and display strong motivation to help retain the pristine environment and eco-system of Koh Samui.
7. We will cooperate to reduce the pollution from all activities in Manufacturing Production, Consumption, and Services, to help develop, improve and restore the eco-system of Koh Samui.
8. We will cooperate to promote and support strong partnership of all the parties in Koh Samui to prepare and protect from the effects of Global Warming.
